What "planned" means, exactly

Sitepdf is in early access: the API is not selling subscriptions today, and we will not pretend otherwise. The numbers above are the launch tiers we are engineering the unit costs around. Publishing them now does two things: it lets you sanity-check the economics before you spend an afternoon integrating, and it gives early access members a rate to lock. If a number moves before launch, early access members keep the number on this page for 12 months.

Every render on every plan can be archived; retention is the dial that changes by tier. There is no free plan: the in-browser converter is the free taste, and it does not even need an account.

Pricing questions

How does this compare to DocRaptor, PDFShift or Urlbox?

On pure per-render price we land in the same neighborhood as PDFShift and below DocRaptor at volume. The difference is what a render includes: with archive=true every document leaves a timestamped, retrievable record behind, which elsewhere means integrating and paying for a second product.

What happens if I go over my renders?

Planned behavior: soft overage billed per render at your tier's marginal rate, with an alert before you hit the cap and a hard limit you can set yourself. Nobody gets a surprise invoice for a runaway loop.

Is there a trial?

The in-browser demo is the free taste, no account needed. There is no standing free tier: when the API opens for you, you pick a paid plan at your locked early access rate.

Can I pay annually or by invoice?

Annual billing with a discount is planned at launch. Invoicing and a DPA are available on the Enterprise tier from day one; email [email protected] to scope it.
