Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this website, the in-browser converter demo and the early-access list, all operated under the Sitepdf brand ("Sitepdf", "we"). Contact for anything here: [email protected]. Using the site means you accept these terms.

What Sitepdf is right now

Sitepdf is in early access. The website describes an HTML to PDF and archiving API that is being built; the API is not generally available yet, and pricing shown is planned launch pricing, labelled as such. Joining the early-access list creates no subscription, no payment obligation and no entitlement to the service before your invite; it reserves your place in line and your published early-access rate for 12 months after launch.

The in-browser demo

The converter demo runs entirely in your browser and is provided free, as is, to show what the product does. You keep all rights to the HTML you paste and the PDFs you generate; we never receive either. You agree not to use the demo for anything unlawful, and you accept that output quality depends in part on your own browser.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or probe this website.
  • Do not sign up with email addresses you do not control.
  • Do not use the site or demo to produce unlawful content.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design and code are Sitepdf's. Your content is yours: nothing you paste into the demo or submit at signup transfers any ownership to us.

No warranties; limitation of liability

This pre-launch website and the demo are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sitepdf is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site or demo, and our total liability for any claim related to this pre-launch site is limited to $100.

When the API launches

Use of the actual API will be governed by a service agreement published at launch, covering quotas, SLAs, data processing and billing. These website terms do not create that agreement early; what carries over from early access is your rate lock and your place in line.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the product moves from early access toward launch; the effective date above changes when the terms do. You can leave the early-access list at any time by emailing [email protected], and we may remove signups that violate the acceptable-use rules.

Governing terms of interpretation

These terms are to be read plainly and in good faith. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stand. Questions about any of it: [email protected].
