This website is operated under the Sitepdf brand. For anything in this policy, the contact is [email protected]. The policy is written to be read: it says what we collect, why, and what we do not do.

The short version

• The in-browser converter demo processes your HTML entirely on your device. We never receive, see or store what you paste.
• If you join early access, we store your email address and a few signup details, and use them only to verify your address and send your invite.
• We do not sell or share personal data, and there is no advertising on this site.

The demo processes nothing on our servers

The HTML to PDF converter on this site runs in your browser. The markup you paste, the preview it renders and the PDF it generates all stay on your machine; no part of that content is transmitted to us. This is a design decision, not a promise we have to remember to keep: the demo has no server side.

What we collect if you join early access

When you request early access we store: your email address, the 6-digit verification state (whether the address was confirmed and when), which page and button you signed up from, any UTM parameters on the link that brought you, and standard technical details of the request (IP address and browser user agent) kept for abuse prevention.

We use this to do exactly two things: send your verification code, and send your invite with the early-access rate attached. There is no newsletter. We may send at most an occasional, directly relevant note about your place on the list; every mail includes a working unsubscribe.

What we never do

• No sale, rental or sharing of your personal data with anyone.
• No advertising networks or cross-site tracking pixels on this site.
• No profiling, no enrichment, no appending data from other sources.

Analytics

We measure this site with privacy-conscious page analytics to understand which pages are useful and whether signups complete. Analytics data is aggregated; it is not used to identify you.

Retention and deletion

Early-access records are kept while the list is active. Email [email protected] from the address on file and we will delete your record, completely, usually within a few days. Unconfirmed signups are pruned periodically.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data we hold about you. The dataset here is small enough that we handle every such request the same way: email us and we will do it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it, and material changes will be noted plainly on this page.
